Use of this web site assumes that you fully accept and agree to the Terms of Service set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately leave Customfreebies.com and discontinue pursuing the website. These Terms of Service also state that by signing up, you are certifying that you have read and understand our Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you are agreeing to the contents and conditions listed in each document. Also, the words “Customfreebies.com” are taken to understand and mean all subsidiary prize related sites found on the Customfreebies network.

Customfreebies.com reserves the right to change its Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of referrals you have to earn in order to obtain the gift. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. We may also shut down the site at any time for any reason. All orders pending will be shipped.

I. Membership

1. All users must provide 100% accurate information.

2. All addresses must be in the United States of America or Canada. Users who do not fit these standards will have their accounts placed on hold at time of review. Addresses not in the United States of America or Canada will not have items shipped to them. Users must be 18 or older to participate in this website.

3. Items may not be shipped to PO Boxes. You may also not register with a PO box. Users who sign up with a PO box may be placed on hold during account review.

4. Only one (1) account is allowed per shipping address. All accounts with the same shipping address will be placed on hold for an indefinite amount of time. There is no guarantee that the account will ever be taken off of hold.

5. One person may not have more than one account at Customfreebies.com, based on, but not limited to duplicate IP addresses, even if members provide different shipping addresses (based on the same IP address). If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off of hold.

6. Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts can not be merged into one account without consent of the Customfreebies.com owner.

7. If your account is placed on hold, you are not permitted to create another account. Any user who is found to create an account when they already have an account that is on hold will be banned from Customfreebies.com.

8. By registering for an account on Customfreebies.com, you agree to receive any third party messages that we wish to send to you. This includes, but not is limited to, third party advertisements and offers.

9. Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into Customfreebies.com is deemed illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.

10. Any user that registers on Customfreebies.com using the AOL proxy, DirecPC proxy or any proxy, will be put on hold. Please sign up alternate internet service providers. Internet Explorer is not required but highly recommended.

11. A user may be put on hold for any suspicious activity whether it be on this site, or other free sites.

12. “Walking through” or guiding users through the steps of completing the site is strictly prohibited and can result in a hold.

13. By signing up for any Customfreebies.com websites you agree to hold harmless Customfreebies.com and any of its employees from any damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal claims that may result from using this website.

14. Customfreebies.com reserves the right to request identification from any user at any time.  Acceptable identification would be a State issued drivers license or a State issued ID.  Users can scan and send to support@customfreebiez.com.

II. Offers

1. Receiving credit for an offer can not be guaranteed. No credit requests will be offered anymore due to affiliate fraud.

2. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by Customfreebies.com. If you go to the web site directly, use the link of another affiliate, or go to the offer site by any means other than through this web site, we reserve the right not to give you credit for that offer.

3. Customfreebies.com is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from any of the offers signed up with through our site. Read the terms and conditions to respective offers before signing up.

4. Pre-paid credit cards are NOT allowed when completing any offer/offers on Customfreebies Network.

5.  Members of Customfreebies Network are prohibited from contacting any advertisers for crediting issues.  Doing so may result in user’s account being put on hold.

III. Products

1. Customfreebies.com can not guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given an alternative option.

2. If any account is suspected to contain false information, that account will be placed on hold immediately. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off of hold.

3. Users may not receive more then one item per account (unless member chooses the custom order incentive option).

4. In order to order and receive products, the user must currently live in the United States of America or Canada and provide an address within the United States of America or Canada.

5. Only one account per shipping address is allowed. If more than one account exists for the same shipping address, all of those accounts will be placed on hold. There is no guarantee that any of the accounts will ever be taken off of hold.

6. Approval and shipping time frames can be answered sending in a support ticket. However, Customfreebies.com does not have to, under any circumstances, abide by these time frames, as they are a guideline. Customfreebies.com has the right to ship out items at any time after approval.

7. At the time of site completion and submission for approval by a user, if the user\’s selected item is no longer available for purchase or out of stock, the user will be given a substitute payment of equivalent amount to the selected item.

8. Customfreebies.com reserves the right to change the products or offers at any time, for any reason.

IV. Orders

1. Customfreebies.com is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of intermediary shipping companies.

2. Customfreebies.com does not allow returns or exchanges.

3. If you exceed $600 in total earnings, you will be required to submit a W9. If Customfreebies.com does not have a W9 when you order, your payment will be held until we receive one.

4. For custom orders, despite the amount of referrals stated on the front page being 0, it signifies that you must submit a support ticket requesting what item you want. A staff member from Customfreebies.com will then reply with how many referrals it would cost to earn your custom order.

V. Other Information

1. Customfreebies.com is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason.

2. Customfreebies.com is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason.

3. Any user that registers on Customfreebies.com using the AOL proxy, or any proxy will be put on hold. Please sign up through other internet service providers other than AOL. Internet Explorer is not required but HIGHLY recommended.

4. Customfreebies.com does not tolerate “walking through” a referral. If by any means we think a user “walked through” a referral they will be put on hold. Examples of a “walk through” include, but are not limited to, when all of a member’s referrals complete the same offer, all referrals completed offers at one time, etc.

5. Customfreebies.com can put a user on hold if they “scam” another member in any kind of freebie trade or if they have a past record of scamming other users.

6. If you have the same password as any other user you can be placed on hold. Common passwords such as “12345″, “qwerty”, “test”, and others are allowed.

7. You can not “do” an offer or sign up for anyone. Offers must be done by the user himself/herself.

8. You will go on hold if you fraud an offer.

9. Your order can be canceled without notice if you’re not “PayPal Verified.” Send in a support ticket if you are unclear about what “Paypal Verified” means.

10. If Customfreebies.com receives numerous spam reports, your account can be placed on hold.

11. Please note all electronics may change with technology upgrades you may be asked to choose a different one then specified when you began our site.
